Accepted Insurance

If you have given us all correct dental insurance information and keep us current on any changes, our office is happy to file your claim for you. We try our best to be familiar with the benefits of all the different plans. Please be aware that we are in network with many plans for your convenience and that plans differ and may even change yearly. This makes it impossible for us to know everyone’s dental plans and benefits. It important for you to know your own coverage and that we are not responsible for what benefits are paid on a claim by insurance companies. We are able to help if you ask for a predetermination of benefits ahead of the time for dental appointments. You may also refer to the handbook or website your insurance has provided you. Again, we will always do our best to assist our patients with their insurance policies.

Estimated out of pocket portion is collected at time of service. Deductibles and percentages are a part of this out of pocket patient expense. Deductibles and percentages can vary greatly. This coverage will depend on the type of contract you or your employer has set up with the insurance company.
